Jen Higham
If you are looking for a dedicated, hard working, efficient, self starter to work on your behalf and remove the stress from your real estate decisions Jen Higham is your realtor. She moved to Prince George as a teen and has lived here ever since. Jen has had many experiences in the sales arena as well as having worked for the provincial government for many years.
She enjoys volunteering and was one of the original founders of the "911 Committee", whose fundraising events were some of the largest ever held in our city. Some of the organizations to benefit from the proceeds over the years the committee was active included The Hospice House, The Red Cross, Canadian Cancer Society, The Paraplegic Association, The United Way, The SPCA, and The Child Development Centre. Jen has also spent seven years as a member of CASARA (air search and rescue) as well as some time with Ground Search and Rescue. Her most recent passion has been investing in real estate and renovating houses with her husband. They currently own and manage several revenue properties of their own together.
She would love the opportunity to serve you whether your are selling or buying. If you are looking for someone to negotiate on your behalf, put Jen's experience to work for you. You will not be disappointed.
Rod Walker
Rod is a long time resident of Prince George. He is married to his best friend, Jody, and has three wonderful children.
Rod loves working with people. He graduated in 1986 with a focus on business. His employment began in hospitality, quickly advancing to the manager of a motel/restaraunt. After moving to Prince George in 1993, he continued in the service industry by becoming employed at Williams Moving and Storage. This job has given him invaluable experience with people in many ways. Moving can be a very stressful, intense time, and Rod excelled in lowering the level of stress for people with his attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and charismatic personality. During his time there, he was eventually called upon to handle every aspect of the business, from handling people's belongings, driving the trucks, dispatching of employees, and extensive customer relations. His lastest task, in the sales arena, was among his favorite. It involved being with people, negotiating contracts, and making sure that his clients were delivered what was promised to them. An interest in home styles and properties in all types of locations has developed with each year and he is excited to have a career that will both utilize and grow this interest.
He looks forward to working hard to see that people's real estate needs are met, no matter what they may be, with integrity.
