Many real estate agents possess a website, but very few possess a web presence. PG Listings gives agents the opportunity to make their listings stand out from the crowd with our customized virtual tour hosting service. Our relationship with the Northern Real Estate Board allows us to link directly from your MLS.ca listing, giving your listings the opportunity to shine directly from the largest real estate site in Canada.
After listening to the needs of agents, PG Listings has developed a pricing scenario that lets the agent customize their tour to best suit their needs, and which recognizes our return customers with a reduced pricing scenario:
Photo Package: $160
The base package includes a minimum of ten high resolution images with accompanying music, and online hosting for the duration of the listing with the purchasing agent. The package also includes a direct link from MLS.ca to the virtual tour. There is no upper limit to the number of images that may be taken as it will vary with the size and complexity of the home.
Video Package: $190
The video package includes a high quality video anywhere from 1.5 minutes to 2.5 minutes in length, covering all aspects of the home with high end video equipment. The purchase price includes a lease to clients, who are free to use the content for their contract with the home owner. Our top offering, our videos have received tremendous positive feedback and are the best way to deliver a positive message regarding any home.
Combo Package: $310

Special Promotional Offer!
Save 3% on your entire monthly purchases for each listing past the first (To a maximum of 15%)
Example:4 listings in a one month period results in a savings of 3% off of the second, 6% off of the third listing, and 9% off of the fourth!
Voice Over: Add $35
Give your customers a guided tour with the power of your voice, or ours! This feature gives you the opportunity to communicate with potential buyers directly, and explain all of the features of your listing in as little or as much detail as you like. Feel free to script your own voice over and record it with us in our studio, giving your clients a powerful personal message.
Travel: $.50/kilometer
There is no additional travel expense inside the city limits of Prince George. Outside city limits, travel expenses are incurred at a rate of 50 cents per kilometer. PG Listings serves a geographic area north to Bear Lake, west to Vanderhoof, east to Purden Lake, and south to Quesnel.
